our &#8220;consolidation&#8221; year\n<\/li>\n<li> Situate the OERu implementation within the context of <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/wiki.jasig.org\/display\/2398\/Openness+Index\">maturity model<\/a> phases of\n<ul>\n<li> <i>Initial \/ Aware<\/i>: (chaotic, ad hoc, individual heroics) &#8211; the starting point for use of a new or undocumented open project.\n<\/li>\n<li> <i>Repeatable<\/i>: openness is at least documented sufficiently such that repeating the same steps toward openness may be attempted.\n<\/li>\n<li> <i>Managed<\/i>: openness is quantitatively managed in accordance with agreed-upon metrics\n<\/li>\n<li> <i>Optimising<\/i>: openness management includes deliberate principle\/process\/practice optimization\/improvement.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> Review achievement of outputs against initial KPIs in the <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"http:\/\/wikieducator.org\/images\/6\/68\/OERu_strategic_plan_2015-2017-Fin-Approved.pdf\">OERu Strategic Plan<\/a>.\n<\/li>\n<li> Review the 2015 <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"http:\/\/wikieducator.org\/OERu\/Planning\/2015_Institutional_Action_Plans\">OERu institutional action plan<\/a> (IAP) process implemented for the first time.\n<\/li>\n<li> Consider guidelines for nominating courses drawing on data from the OERu <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/usqadfi.au1.qualtrics.com\/CP\/Report.php?RP=RP_2gZSaQVfomq2C1L\">Input Evaluation Survey<\/a> (see results for Q14).\n<\/li>\n<li> Develop recommendations for promoting effective partner engagement.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n<!-- WEtheme eyJwIjoiT0VSZiIsImNzcyI6ImNzc1wvZm9udC1hd2Vzb21lXC9jc3NcL2ZvbnQtYXdlc29tZS5taW4uY3NzIiwiaGVhZGVyIjoiYmx1ci5odG1sIn0= -->\n<\/p>\n<table class=\"oeru1 table table-striped\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>Time\n<\/th>\n<th>Details\n<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span class=\"weLTime plainlinks\" style=\"color: #36b;
