  2. Calibrate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the OERu “evergreen” Strategic plan 2015 – 2017<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Overview of the OERu “evergreen” strategic planning process\n<\/li>\n
    2. Identifying groups for breakout session:\n
        \n
      • Goal 1: Develop a coherent OERu programme of study with defined learning pathways and exit credentials (Focus: OERu 1st<\/sup> year of study.)\n<\/li>\n
      • Goal 2: Improve processes for efficient OERu operations that underpin academic quality at scale (Focus: Partner engagement, capacity building, quality assurance and credit transfer.)\n<\/li>\n
      • Goal 3: Achieve a fiscally sustainable and scalable OERu network (Focus: Partner recruitment and external funding sources)\n<\/li>\n
      • Goal 4: Foster innovation through pilot projects which demonstrate the viability and strategic opportunities for the OERu network (Focus: Open boundary course offered simultaneously by two or more partners).\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
