The OERu meeting is designed to take the form of a <b>strategic planning sprint<\/b> aimed at producing outputs in a short time utilising the diverse experience of attendees. Using open methodologies, the proposals for action we generate during the meeting will be refined transparently in the wiki after the meeting.<\/i>\n<\/p>\n<p>The meeting agenda is based on the following principles:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Build on our OERu decisions, work done to date and inputs from the 2016 Annual report and evergreen <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"http:\/\/wikieducator.org\/images\/6\/68\/OERu_strategic_plan_2015-2017-Fin-Approved.pdf\">OERu Strategic Plan 2015 &#8211; 2017<\/a>.\n<\/li>\n<li> OERu partners have decision-making autonomy regarding the agenda and implementation decisions.\n<\/li>\n<li> Focus on decisions for the 2017 OERu action plan &#8211; hence the emphasis on planning the launch of the OERu 1st year of study.\n<\/li>\n<li> Identify strategic issues for the medium and long term &#8211; but avoid the temptation of trying to solve all problems at this meeting.\n<\/li>\n<li> Keep presentations and monologues to a minimum.\n<\/li>\n<li> Avoid unnecessary affirmations or agreements with previous speakers.
