Include the &#8220;#oeru19&#8221; hashtag in the body text of all meeting posts\n<\/li>\n<li> <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/course.oeru.org\/2019-meetings\/\">meetings.oeru.org<\/a> (click on the &#8220;Log in \/ Register&#8221; link or head graphic on your mobile device) &#8211; This will enable you to comment directly on the meeting website on the <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/course.oeru.org\/2019-meetings\/engage\/oeru-feed\/\">feed page<\/a>.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"Suggested_process_to_engage\">Suggested process to engage<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li> Consult the <b><a href=\"\/2019-meetings\/partners-meeting\/schedule-summary\" title=\"OERu\/OERu 19.10 Meeting\/Schedule\">schedule summary<\/a><\/b> and click on the time link to determine the the local time of the webcast of the plenary sessions.\n<\/li>\n<li> Visit the detailed agenda for the current session, accessible from the &#8220;Partners meeting&#8221; menu option above. Select &#8220;Day 1&#8221; or &#8220;Day 2&#8221;. Here you will find links to the individual plenary and breakout sessions. The relevant support documents and links to the online documents for Virtual participants to collaborate are embedded in the agenda.\n<\/li>\n<li> Bookmark the <b><a href=\"\/2019-meetings\/engage\/oeru-feed\" title=\"OERu\/OERu 19.10 Meeting\/OERu feed\">feed page<\/a><\/b>. You can post to this feed from the meeting site when you are logged in. (You can also post on the OERu&#8217;s <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/mastodon.oeru.org\/about\">Mastodon<\/a> instance or Twitter using the <b>#oeru19<\/b> tag).\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"Information_for_virtual_participants\">Information for virtual participants<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li> If you would like to receive notifications by email, please <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/oer.nz\/oeru19vp\">register online<\/a> as a virtual participant. We only have 50 seats available for the web stream which will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.\n<\/li>\n<li> Click the on time-links published in the <a href=\"\/2019-meetings\/partners-meeting\/schedule-summary\" title=\"OERu\/OERu 19.10 Meeting\/Schedule\">schedule summary<\/a> to convert the meeting times in Dublin to your local time zone.\n<\/li>\n<li> Use the <a href=\"\/2019-meetings\/engage\/oeru-feed\" title=\"OERu\/OERu 19.10 Meeting\/OERu feed\">meeting feed<\/a> as the back channel during the meeting. You will need to be logged in to post.
