different levels of competence in inter-cultural communication.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Understanding your audience<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li> Describe the role of experiences, attitudes, beliefs, and values in self-concept.\n<\/li>\n<li> Explain how selection, organisation, and interpretation of words and ideas influence our perceptions\n<\/li>\n<li> Outline three ways to better understand and
