After watching this video, think about workplace or learning scenarios where you have observed one or more of these perceptual positions in action. What does each position suggest about self-understanding and self-concept? <\/p>\n<p>This second video [5:03 min.] provides an example of <b>the Pygmalion effect<\/b>. The Pygmalion effect is an example of <b>a self-fulfilling prophecy<\/b> &#8211; an important concept to understand because of the powerful influence it can have on how you present yourself to others.
