All reports are typically organised around key \u2018who, what, where, when, why, and how\u2019 elements, in relation to stakeholder needs. And, as you may already know, reports also typically include:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> cover and title pages,\n<\/li>\n<li> a table of contents,\n<\/li>\n<li> an executive summary (or abstract),\n<\/li>\n<li> an introduction,\n<\/li>\n<li> a body,\n<\/li>\n<li> a conclusion,\n<\/li>\n<li> references, and\n<\/li>\n<li> any appendices\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"panel iDevice\">\n\t<div class=\"panel-heading idevice-heading\">\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t<img reports<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"panel-body\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>Here are four real-life examples of business reports from around the world:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.toronto.ca\/legdocs\/mmis\/2016\/ex\/bgrd\/backgroundfile-97560.pdf\">World Expo Canada Bid Corporation: 2019<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li> Have a quick look at all four reports.\n<ul>\n<li> Work out what the purpose and intended audience of each one is\n<\/li>\n<li> Notice how images and other non-verbal communication techniques are used to convey information and tone\n<\/li>\n<li> Consider how the purpose and intended audience may have influenced the appearance of the report\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> Choose <b>two<\/b> of the reports and skim-read them (i.e. you just need to get a general idea of the content of the report &#8211; you do not need to read every word or understand its contents in detail).\n<ul>\n<li> For each one, identify:\n<ul>\n<li> What the structure of the report is\n<\/li>\n<li> What tone and style of language is used\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> Consider whether you think the report is clear, concise and professional &#8211; if not, how could it be improved?\n<\/li>\n<li> Consider how the content, style and tone of the report might have been shaped by its cultural, experiential, value and belief context\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Make notes of your findings in your learning
