Interpretation of body language, voice tone, pauses and silence varies greatly across individuals and cultures. However, people everywhere tend to believe nonverbal signals more than verbal ones, especially in perceptions of feelings and attitudes. Nonverbal behaviours affect communication in telephone and online contexts, as well as face-to-face encounters.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn this pathway, you will learn how to use various movement techniques and visual aids to enhance your presentations.
