Read Chapter 15.2 in Business Communication for Success. This reading describes the five key stages of a telephone conversation. While the focus is on voice-only telephone conversations that lack visual communication cues, attention to courtesy, clarity, and feedback is equally important in video calls.\n<\/p>\n

\nRecommended: Do the three chapter exercises, which ask you to analyze a couple of your own phone conversations, and practice scripting a call that introduces a new product or service. Also do some research on which video conferencing technologies are commonly used in your local business communities.\n<\/p>\n
