Output<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"panel-body\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>The first output of this learning challenge is a negative news letter which should:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>address the requirements in the scenario.\n<\/li>\n<li>include the four parts: buffer, explanation, negative news and redirect (Table 17.1).\n<\/li>\n<li>meet the criteria in the Negative Message Checklist in Chapter 17.1.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br style=\"clear:both;\"><br \/>\nThe second output is your reflection (100-150 words) and shared link in the <a rel=\"nofollow\"
