  1. Identify the key relationships in an organisation \/ project you are familiar with.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Draw three nested circles (a bulls eye) in a diagram and put your organisation in the centre.\n<\/li>\n
  3. Now put the essential relationships in the closet circle to the centre and the important in the middle and the less important in the outside circle. Put an arrow on each relationship to indicate if you desire the relationship to get more important or less important.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
