You should have enough time to get up to speed with the basics to commence your learning journey.\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Backcasting from sustainability principles<\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>In this session we take a look at how creating a vision of success will enable better outcomes because we have an ideal to work towards rather than harm to move away from.  This is a backcasting mindset rather than a forecasting one and it brings the best out of people- the unexpected breakthroughs to what once appeared impossible. Positive steps rather than less negative ones.
