Here are some examples of draft rubrics that are still work in progress so you can see the feedback and suggested improvements by the reviewer.

The first example<\/a> is of a rubric desinged for an ICT course. The different colored text reflects the collaborative effort in developing the performance statements. The red text and highlights in yellow are the reviewers suggested edits.\n<\/p>\n

The second example<\/a> is of a rubric desinged for a furniture making course. In this case the reviewer has crossed and highlighted in blue the suggested delitions and in yellow the additions added to clarify further and distinguish the performance statements.\n<\/p>\n

When reviewing the examples you may notice some of the common mistakes discussed in the introduction to rubrics. Reflect on the suggested edits and how they make the rubrics clearer.\n<\/p>\n

The next examples are rubrics for practical competency-based assessments including the assessment information section. The same examples were provided in the previous section of the course for you to review and refer to when you were designing your assessment. Now that you have a better understanding of rubrics and their use, will be useful to look at them again.\n<\/p>\n

This is an example<\/a> of a rubric for an integrated practical assessment for a carpentry and joinery course.\n<\/p>\n

This rubric example<\/a> is of a practical assessment from a woodworking hand tools and machinery module.\n<\/p>\n

This last example<\/a> is of a rubric for a practical assessment of a module from a GSM repairs and maintenance qualification.\n<\/p>\n
