Think about the final outcomes that the learner is expected to achieve and how you will scaffold their learning to achieve success.<br \/>\nIf you are transferring an existing course online refer to your existing session plans and discuss with your colleagues how you can capture the same results. Use your units of competency or course syllabus to recognise the types of activities that can be used. If you have developed an OARAS document, consider what you are trying to achieve and the best way to achieve it.<br \/>\nYou may have already developed a profile of a competent learner. This information is valuable as it will assist you to identify the types of activities that will assist them to achieve competency.<br \/>\nAlso take into consideration the employability skills that are embedded in the workplace.
