Whether you are experienced in designing and facilitating vocational courses or brand new to it there is no better way of learning or improving a skill than practicing it. This part of the course is all about doing and learning as we do, so you will need a project to work on. <\/p>\n

If you are currently working on a new course or are reviewing and redeveloping a course that could be the perfect project to work on. As this is the fifth course in the series, you are probably already working on a project and will have completed the Outcomes, Assessment, Resources and Activities section in your OARAS document.\n<\/p>\n

The first step is to identify a project relevant to your work. For many of you this will be your Skills in Demand project.\n<\/p>\n

Next you will complete the Support section in your OARAS.\n<\/p>\n

Then you will create a Learning Support Plan and continue to improve your practice.\n<\/p>\n
