Choose an essay you’ve written, or someone else’s essay you want to format as a research paper, and ensure that:\n<\/p>\n

  1. All the elements of an APA or MLA (your choice) paper are included.\n<\/li>\n
  2. The title page (or title block) and body of the paper are correctly formatted.\n<\/li>\n
  3. In-text, or parenthetical, citations are complete and correctly formatted.\n<\/li>\n
  4. Sources cited within the paper match the sources listed in the references or works cited section.\n<\/li>\n
  5. The references or works cited section uses correct formatting and lists entries in alphabetical order.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Remember to tag (WordPress) or label (Blogger) your blog post using the course tag: Making your arguments more credible\/enga103\/tag<\/a><\/i>\n<\/p>\n

    Note that you can also record your reflections in a written journal, if you prefer, but sharing your insights with your classmates means that you can trigger a discussion that may lead to a deeper understanding as we can all benefit from each other’s experience.\n<\/p>\n
