How does the UN &#8216;Framework of Analysis for Atrocity Crimes&#8217; attempt to address this failure?\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li> Do you think all genocides <i>are<\/i> preventable?\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your blog should be approximately 250 words.
