This is about a day (or a little more) each week for approximately 8 weeks.\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"thumb tright\">\n<div class=\"thumbinner thumbnail\" style=\"width:402px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/WikiEducator.org\/File:Student1.jpg\" class=\"image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Student1.jpg\" src=\"\/\/WikiEducator.org\/images\/thumb\/b\/b4\/Student1.jpg\/400px-Student1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" class=\"thumbimage img-responsive\"><\/a>  <\/p>\n<div class=\"thumbcaption\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The total time commitment can be broken down as follows:<br \/>\n<b>Course Introduction:<\/b> Students enrolled in this course only: 3 hours.  Students who have previously completed &#8216;The UN, Global Governance and Diplomacy&#8217; and\/or &#8216;Global Issues: Concepts and Challenges&#8217;: 1 hour.\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Modules 1-12:<\/b> Each module takes approximately 3 hours to complete the required activities.  This typically includes approximately 1 hour of video, and approximately 2 hours of reading \/ exploration of websites.  Optional extension activities are not included in this estimate, and may take 1 or more additional hours to complete.\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Assessment tasks:<\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>Active Online Participation: Four tasks, of approximately 500 words in length (or equivalent).
