It is regarded as an indirect response to the UN Commission of Inquiry report.\n<\/p>\n<p>Read the &#8216;Guiding Ideology and Social System&#8217; (pp. 6-16) and &#8216;Freedom of Religion and Thought&#8217; (pp. 71-73) sections of the report.
