Welcome to Session 4, the final session of the syllabus<\/a> on Leading effective teams<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

In the previous session you explored the identification and differentiation between internal and external stakeholders<\/a> and how to manage stakeholder dynamics.\n<\/p>\n

In this session we will research guidelines for building and leading effective teams within the context of organisational culture and the needs of a project.\n<\/p>\n
