There is a growing trend particularly in the software and design industries to adopt an <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mindtools.com\/pages\/article\/agile-project-management.htm\">Agile Project Management<\/a> methodology. <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"http:\/\/viewpoints.io\/entry\/four-reasons-to-take-a-rapid-prototyping-approach-to-your-plm-implementatio\">Rapid prototyping<\/a> is another example.<\/p>\n<p>Aspects of each method can be integrated into the <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/pmbok-guide-standards\">PMBOK<\/a>  approach, for example a PMBOK team could introduce regular <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mountaingoatsoftware.com\/agile\/scrum\">SCRUM<\/a> or <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"http:\/\/searchsoftwarequality.techtarget.com\/definition\/Scrum-sprint\">SPRINT<\/a> sessions.<br \/>\n<br style=\"clear:both;\">\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"Reading\" class=\"panel iDevice\">\n\t<div class=\"panel-heading idevice-heading\">\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pedagogicalicon\" alt=\"reading\" src=\"https:\/\/course.oeru.org\/ipm101\/wp-content\/themes\/oeru_course\/idevices\/Icon_reading.png\">\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t<h2>Reading and annotation<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"panel-body\">\n\t\t<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li> Read <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/successfulprojects.com\/pm-topics\/pm-methodologies\/\">PM methodologies<\/a> published by Successful projects\n<ul>\n<li> Focus on the differences and think about the kinds of projects suited to each methodology.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li> Launch and login to your <a href=\"\/ipm101\/learning-pathways\/orientation\/website-annotations\" title=\"Introduction to project management\/IPM101\/Orientation\/Annotations\">Hypothes.is account<\/a>.
