In this activity, you will write a scope statement for your own project.\n<\/p>\n

Create a statement describing the scope of the project that you selected in the first learning path. This description should include:\n<\/p>\n

  1. The project name\n<\/li>\n
  2. The project owner, sponsors, and stakeholders\n<\/li>\n
  3. The problem statement\n<\/li>\n
  4. The project goals and objectives\n<\/li>\n
  5. The project requirements\n<\/li>\n
  6. The project deliverables\n<\/li>\n
  7. The project non-goals (what is out of scope)\n<\/li>\n
  8. Milestones\n<\/li>\n
  9. Cost estimates\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When you have completed your scope statement, use the criteria in the rubric below to self assess it.\n<\/p>\n
