Pick a project that you might have to manage. This might be at work or at home. For example refitting your kitchen or office. You need to work out if you can do this yourself (Make) or will you procure services\/resources to complete the project (Buy).\n<\/p>\n

  2. Identify 3 suppliers that could do the job for you. if you were approaching them for information what are the three key questions you would want to ask them?\n<\/li>\n
