Planning for these risks can stop them having an impact on your project, reduce the impact, or help you have a plan ready for when the unavoidable happens.\n<\/p>\n<p>Complete the tasks listed below:\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Create a risk register for your project\n<ul>\n<li> Identify at least 3 risks that could impact on or enhance your project.\n<\/li>\n<li> Include a contingency amount for at least 2 of these risks.\n<\/li>\n<li> Ensure you update your project budget with the contingency amount.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"Marking_Rubric\">Marking Rubric<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Use the rubric below to work out if you have done a good job of this.
