No project is ever perfect. Throughout the process of both planning and implementation, there are many things that can be improved. The best project managers make reflection and learning an explicit activity that they undertake\n<\/p>\n

Your task is to reflect on your process of planning and implementation in a project of your choice.\n<\/p>\n

Create a document, where you respond to the following.\n<\/p>\n

  1. Identify at least 2 things that went well during your project. How might you learn from these things and incorporate this into future projects you are part of.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Identify at least 2 things that weren’t a success during your project. What went wrong? How might you stop that happening in a similar situation in the future?\n<\/li>\n
  3. What was your biggest challenge while undertaking this learning pathway? If you had to give advice to someone about to undertake this course, what would you tell them?\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
