Each learning pathway will include a number of activities and learning challenges.\n<\/p>\n<p>OERu does not provide tutorial support, but we are an open learning community. We use <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/forums.oeru.org\">forums.oeru.org<\/a> to support each other on our learning journeys. If you have a support related question, please post this on the respective forum. If you know the answer to a question, please share the gift of knowledge by helping your peers.\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> For general questions about the OERu, please use the <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/forums.oeru.org\/c\/faqs\">OERu FAQ forum<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li> For course specific support questions, please use the <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/forums.oeru.org\/t\/lida101-general-forum-for-digital-literacies-for-online-learning\/132\">general LiDA101 forum<\/a> (remember to add the course tag to your post: LiDA101).\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"Types_of_learning_activities\">Types of learning activities<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The following table summarises the types of activity:\n<\/p>\n<table class=\"oeru1 table table-striped\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>Type\n<\/th>\n<th>Description\n<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Learning activities\n<\/td>\n<td>Learning activities are embedded in the learning pathways, including for example, invitations to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Watch a video\n<\/li>\n<li> Read an article\n<\/li>\n<li> Share a comment\n<\/li>\n<li> Participate in a forum discussion etc.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Mini learning challenges\n<\/td>\n<td>Mini challenges are the building blocks for achieving the course objectives. They are published on a single page within the learning pathways and will include the purpose, resource links, and tasks your should carry out.\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Learning challenges\n<\/td>\n<td>Learning challenges are more substantive activities requiring between 1 to 2 hours of effort. They typically require you to publish the outputs of your learning on your personal course blog.
