Assessment<\/span><\/h2>\n

Once you have completed this course, you have the option to take a quiz that assesses your understanding of the course content. If you successfully complete this quiz, you will earn a micro-credential from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU). This micro-credential comes with a digital badge that you may embed within an e-portfolio or share through social media (e.g., LinkedIn profile).\n<\/p>\n

In order to attempt the quiz, you need to follow these steps:\n<\/p>\n

  1. Navigate to the KPU Online Learning site at https:\/\/onlinelearning.kpu.ca\/<\/a>\n<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the \u201cCreate new account\u201d button towards the bottom of the screen (see below)\n<\/li>\n
  3. Choose a username and password and provide your email address and full name within the fields of the webform\n<\/li>\n
  4. Click on \u201cCreate my new account\u201d\n<\/li>\n
  5. Navigate to the course page for LLWD100 at https:\/\/onlinelearning.kpu.ca\/course\/view.php?id=582<\/a>\n<\/li>\n
  6. Click on \u201cLiving Well With Dementia micro-course quiz\u201d to attempt the quiz\n<\/li>\n
  7. Upon successful completion of the quiz, you will receive an automated email via CanCred on behalf of KPU letting you know you have earned a digital badge along with an option to claim it. You will also have an option to create a free account at CanCred Passport<\/a> to store your badge credentials along with any other digital badges you may have earned elsewhere.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
