It consists of seven modules, covering the following topics:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning a&nbsp;MOOC-building project\n<\/li>\n<li>Designing MOOCs based on pedagogical approaches that facilitate effective learning,\n<\/li>\n<li>Tools and techniques for creating videos and other learning materials,\n<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing relevant learning materials from the web for your MOOC,\n<\/li>\n<li>Developing assessments at large scale through the use of quizzes and peer assignments,\n<\/li>\n<li>Promoting your MOOC and retaining your learners,\n<\/li>\n<li>Institutional issues related to low-cost development of MOOCs\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This course has been developed for educators who wish to offer their students the opportunity to complete educational credentials online but don\u2019t have a big budget to do it.
