Opening of Substantive Debate<\/span><\/h2>\n

In this week we will commence substantive debate on the topic and within the committee that has been decided upon.\n<\/p>\n

The debate will closely follow the Rules of Procedure below which have been discussed over successive weeks.\n<\/p>\n

Please sit in alphabetical order of the countries that you are representing and place your placard in front of you.\n<\/p>\n

3) Open of the General Speakers List\n<\/p>\n

Ideally we would like to see some draft working papers introduced in this session.\n<\/p>\n
