Substantive Debate (2nd week)<\/span><\/h2>\n

After one week of debate, in this second week, the debate should narrow towards the introduction of a number of working papers and a draft resolution.\n<\/p>\n

The rules of procedure will be more strictly applied in this session.\n<\/p>\n

Brief Outline of the Session<\/span><\/h3>\n

1) Roll Call\n<\/p>\n

2) Opening of the General Speakers List\n<\/p>\n

3) Introduction of Working Papers and Draft Resolution\n<\/p>\n

There is the possibility that more than one draft resolution will be introduced this week.\n<\/p>\n
