If we want our learners to succeed, it is important to model successful behaviours that have been shown to be beneficial to learning.\n<\/p>\n

It is widely known that students who take the time to review their notes do much better than those who do not. It is important to note that, for many students, time in the classroom is the only space they have to fully dedicate to understanding concepts. With that in mind, use the last 10 minutes of your lecture\/workshop time to allow learners to process what has just been covered. Doing so has two main benefits:\n<\/p>\n
