While it may seem odd to look at learning styles in the context of a management course, knowing about your own way of learning about things will allow you to be a more effective and empathetic manager.\n<\/p>\n

Think about it, when you are asking an employee to perform some new task or learn some new knowledge, being able to understand how they learn and being able to guide them along the correct path can only help them, make your job easier and make your organization more effective.\n<\/p>\n
