Prepare a blog post of approximately 500 – 600 words where you:\n<\/p>\n

  1. Map a series of actions you, or a manager you worked with, made onto the POLC framework.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Justify why you associated the task with each of the four activities in the framework.\n<\/li>\n
  3. Explain how these tasks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
