Prepare a blog post of approximately 500 – 600 words where you use your reflection from the previous section to answer the following questions:\n<\/p>\n

  1. Give an example of a conflict you were involved in.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Was the conflict resolved in one of the ways described in the reading?\n<\/li>\n
  3. What is your conflict-handling style?\n<\/li>\n
  4. Based on your experience, how can conflict be positive?\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
