In this case you&#8217;d need to look at literature on government policy and aid funds.  There may be literature on its impact on other parts of the world, like South East Asia.  Or there may be literature on trends in aid funds to Sub-Sahara Africa.\n<\/p>\n<p>Another way to find literature is to &#8220;snowball&#8221;.
