We will explore the regional economic imperatives of Asia in this learning pathway<\/i>\n<\/p>\n

In the 1990s it seemed the Asian economies were on a spectacular trajectory. However, the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997 had a damaging effect on many countries in the region.<\/i>\n<\/p>\n

We need to think about the history of economic relations in the region, and we should then identify the regional economic imperatives of the region.<\/i>
