The growth in personal fitness and well-being devices has made it possible to track one&#8217;s own performance (self-tracking). Shona Halson (<a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"http:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s40279-014-0253-z\/fulltext.html\">2014<\/a>) provides an overview of a range of approaches that combine other and self tracking measures of training load.
