In this theme we:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Presented some background information about performance monitoring.\n<\/li>\n<li> Discussed the development of wearable technologies to monitor performance.\n<\/li>\n<li> Explored some examples of motion and video tracking technologies.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We took the opportunity to look at the quantification of personal performance (<a href=\"\/Sport_Informatics_and_Analytics\/Performance_Monitoring\/The_Quantified_Self\" title=\"Sport Informatics and Analytics\/Performance Monitoring\/The Quantified Self\">the quantified self<\/a>).
