With hypothes.is you can annotate web pages on the Internet as well as keeping private notes when using the highlight feature.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hypothes.is enables you to:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <b>Select text to annotate.<\/b><br \/>Add tags and post publicly or save privately.\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Reply to or share any annotation.<\/b><br \/>Link to notes or whole pages.\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Annotate together in groups.<\/b><br \/>Collaborate privately with others.\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Search your notes.<\/b><br \/>Explore all public annotations and profiles.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"mw-headline\" id=\"How_to_annotate_a_web-page\">How to annotate a web-page<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Four steps to annotating web pages using hypothes.is:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <b>Step 1<\/b>: <a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"external text\" href=\"https:\/\/hypothes.is\/signup\">Create an account<\/a> on the Hypothes.is website.\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Step 2<\/b>: Add Hypothes.is to your browser.
