What is the purpose of this treaty?  What human rights does it identify, and who is accorded these rights?  How many countries have signed the treaty and is it currently in effect?  What mechanisms are in place for enforcing the treaty, or encouraging compliance?  Are any aspects of the treaty controversial?\n<\/p>\n<p>You may choose to complete this task as a blog (approximately 500 words), as a video presentation (approximately 2 mins), an audio presentation (approximately 2 mins), a powerpoint presentation or by creating a website.
