Task:

In a 1000 word essay, referring to The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (2007), explain what Human Rights and the explicit Rights of indigenous peoples relate to.

In your response, demonstrate an understanding of the similarities and the differences of these Rights and include an explanation of why specific indigenous rights are necessary, focussing on the rights of Indigenous Australians.

• The reference list must follow the APA style.
