Prepare a blog post of approximately 500 – 600 words where you:

1. List a managerial task and its corresponding management role for each of the four roles of management.
2. Justify why you associated the task with each role.
3. Explain how these tasks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
