Digging deeper into the content and roles of management.

1. Personal list of tasks identified in the microblog activity.
2. Knowledge acquired through your reading of the Introduction and Section 6.1 of Chapter 6, in Exploring Business.

Now we’ll dig deeper into the content and the roles of management. In this step, you will take one task of the manager you thought of in the previous microblog activity from each of the four functions of management. The purpose of this learning challenge is for you to:

• Try and justify your choices for why each task is associated with each function.
• Make you think about how these functions relate to the bigger managerial picture.
• Consider how these tasks improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
