Dear CSF101 participants
Welcome to Session 2 on Understanding systems.
These instructions are for: Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 August 2016.
If you have just joined us, you will find copies of the instructions for the previous Sessions on the course site. You should have enough time to get up to speed with the basics to commence your learning journey.
Understanding systems
In this session we take a look at why understanding the system is an essential part of deciding what action to take. A decision made in isolation often results in an unintended consequence that may do more harm than good for people and planet. Understanding systems is essential backbone for this work.
