In this activity, you will write a scope statement for your own project.
Create a statement describing the scope of the project that you selected in the first learning path. This description should include:
- The project name
- The project owner, sponsors, and stakeholders
- The problem statement
- The project goals and objectives
- The project requirements
- The project deliverables
- The project non-goals (what is out of scope)
- Milestones
- Cost estimates
When you have completed your scope statement, use the criteria in the rubric below to self assess it.
This is also the rubric that will be used should you choose to be formally assessed.
