Prepare a blog post of approximately 500 – 600 words where you:

1. Map a series of actions you, or a manager you worked with, made onto the POLC framework.
2. Justify why you associated the task with each of the four activities in the framework.
3. Explain how these tasks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.

Note that you can also record your reflections in a written journal, if you prefer, but sharing your insights with your classmates means that you can trigger a discussion that may lead to a deeper understanding as we can all benefit from each other’s experience.
