Now we’ll take a closer look at some of the overarching principles of management. The idea is that you get to tie together some of the threads from the content you have looked at early in this module. The purpose of this learning challenge is to:

• Focus in on different aspects of the POLC framework.
• Make you think about how these aspects combine in a managerial role.
• Consider how all have to be in balance to allow for an efficient and effective organization.
