Prepare a blog post of approximately 600 – 800 words where you:

1. List two ethical issues from the list of 12.
2. Explain why you chose these issues.
3. Explain how you would design a corporate culture that would counteract or negate these issues. Be specific: “foster an open door policy” isn’t enough, for example. Explain how that would address the issues.

Note that you can also record your reflections in a written journal, if you prefer, but sharing your insights with your classmates means that you can trigger a discussion that may lead to a deeper understanding as we can all benefit from each others experience.
