The second reading is by Brie Code who has worked in the video game industry for nearly 15 years, notably as a lead programmer for Ubisoft Montreal. Before she left Ubisoft, she was also involved in creating their diversity programme. In this Tumblr post she reflects on the challenges of managing a diverse team and some of the work that you, as the manager, have to take on.
