Prepare a blog post of approximately 500 – 600 words where you:

1. Use the list of tasks you identified in the microblog activity.
2. Justify why you associated each task with each role (manager and leader).
3. Explain how these tasks will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
